  • Website Deployment: Host and deploy generated websites on our infrastructure
  • Lead Capture: Collect and manage leads through integrated forms and CRM
  • Analytics: Track website performance and visitor behavior

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.3 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • All prices are in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT

4.3 Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

4.4 Price Changes

We may modify prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Create content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or promotes violence
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to access the Services without permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Services without authorization
  • Create websites that impersonate other businesses or individuals
  • Use the AI to generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, logos, and documentation, are owned by SCALEROCKET SAS and protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (business descriptions, images, etc.). By using our Services, you grant us a license to:

  • Process your content to generate websites
  • Host and display your websites
  • Use anonymized data to improve our AI models

6.3 Generated Content

Websites generated by our AI are provided for your use under your subscription. You own the right to use the generated content for your business purposes.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

8. Availability and Support

8.1 Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

8.2 Support

Support is available through our platform. Response times vary by subscription plan.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • We are not responsible for third-party content or services

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Accuracy or completeness of generated content
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Results or outcomes from using the Services

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SCALEROCKET SAS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create or publish through the Services

12. Termination

12.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

12.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account:

  • For violation of these Terms
  • For non-payment of fees
  • If required by law
  • At our discretion with 30 days' notice

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your deployed websites will be taken offline

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

14.2 Jurisdiction
